Policy
Standard Cancellation Notice
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations / No-Show Fees
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. If a session is missed without notice (no-show), the full session fee applies.
Exceptions
In cases of illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, a fee waiver may be considered at the practitioner’s discretion. Clients should notify the practitioner as soon as possible via phone or email.
Standard Session Fees
Individual counselling sessions, whether online or in-person, are charged at AUD 90 per 50–60 minute session. Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the session and can be made via Stripe (online payment through Squarespace/Acuity Scheduling) or by direct bank transfer if arranged.
Fee Changes
Coburg Therapy reserves the right to adjust session fees with 30 days’ notice. Clients will be informed of any changes via email or through updates on the website.
Legal Considerations
This policy aligns with standard practice in Australia. Clients are informed of the session fees and cancellation policies prior to their first session through the Consent Form and this policy.
